If you're new to Pilates or haven't done it in a while try our level 1 classes.
Taught at a slower pace to ensure each client learns to execute the movements safely
and efficiently with focused attention on reviewing equipment set up.
Keep in mind, working slower and deeper can actually be a more challenging workout!!
***Please book your classes ONLINE using either the MINDBODY app or by clicking the
"BOOK CLASSES HERE" button at the top of the screen. Please note that instructors will only be in
the studio if clients are signed up for a class. If no one is signed up for a class in a particular time slot
no one will be in the studio to teach at that time. We thank you for your understanding in this matter.
Group & Private Classes
Flexion Pilates offers fully equipped group and private classes with reformers and chairs made by Balanced Body. Classes are limited to 10 people per class so instructors are able to modify as needed and offer maximum attention to all students in the class. They may use props such as fitness circles, balls, weights, jumpboards and different types of exercise bands to complement some of the exercises.
